Ruggedman writes open Letter to Blackface, calls him a “sad, jealous, washed up, veteran upcoming artiste”

In his response, Ruggedman described him as a town crier saying, ‘you are now a veteran upcoming artist bro. Putting my name in your interview was a wrong move’.

Recall that Blackface recently went on PulseNG podcast to rant about 2baba Idibia one more time, talking about how the legendary singer no longer makes good music as he made better music when he was with Plantashun Boiz and has done nothing for the Nigerian music industry.

Blackface said:

“He is just that kind of artist. If you check his music right now, you can see the difference. You can’t compare his music right now to Plantashun Boiz’s music. It’s nowhere close. Melody wise, lyrics wise, music wise, sound wise, he is nowhere close.

“I know he can do better, but he’s not trying to do better. And I don’t think he has people around him that are trying to make him to do better. If he’s here i will tell him to his face. He’s not trying at all.” and this prompted 2baba to ditch his signature cool demeanour, because the legend replied the former singer, urging him to return to the studio and make music.
